Canada Day at the Beach

We’re excited to announce that we’ve added fireworks to our Canada Day celebration!

Join us on July 1st at the Joyland Beach private waterfront for an afternoon and evening of community, great food, beach fun, a bonfire, and fireworks.

This event is rain or shine. If Mother Nature has other plans, we’ll move the festivities to the Joyland Beach Community Hall.

Whether you’re a long-time member, a new neighbour, a seasonal resident, visitor, or friend of Joyland Beach, we’d love to have you join us.

Admission

While there is no charge for members, donations toward the cost of the pig roast and fireworks will be gratefully accepted and are always appreciated.

Non-members may e-transfer their admission fees to joylandreceipts@gmail.com in advance, or pay cash at the beach on Canada Day.

RSVP

To help us plan the food, please RSVP to joylandbeach4303@gmail.com by June 20 and let us know how many people will be attending.

Walk-ins are welcome, but RSVPs help us make sure there is plenty of food for everyone.

🍁 2:00 PM – Community socializing at the waterfront
🎈 Afternoon – Neighbour visits, beach fun, and activities for the kids
🐷 5:00 PM – Pig roast dinner served
🔥 After dinner – Bonfire on the beach
🇨🇦 9:30 PM – O Canada
🎆 Dusk – Fireworks

What to Bring

Please bring your lawn chair and settle in for an afternoon and evening of community, great food, and waterfront fun.

Members are welcome to bring family and friends. We look forward to celebrating Canada Day with you!
