How to Copy a Document: 

1. Open the Document

2. Click "file" on the top, lefthand corner of your screen

3. Click "make a copy" on the dropdown menu

4. On the popup, choose your desired location for the save (if applicable), then click "make a copy"

You are now able to digitally fill in the form, please use the highlighter tool to indicate selections with a check box. 

Please email the completed form via URL or a PDF copy to the email provided on the contract.

PDF Sharing Instructions: 

1. Open the copy that you have made if you have not already

2. Click "file" on the top, lefthand corner of your screen

3. Click "email" on the dropdown menu

4. Select "Email this file"

5. In the "To" field, use the email provided in the contract

6. Add any pertinent information to the "message" field

7. Click "Send"

URL Sharing Instructions: 

1. Open the copy that you have made if you have not already

2. Click "Share" on the top, righthand corner of your screen

3. Click "restricted" located under the section "General access"

4. Select "Anyone with the link" 

5. Click "Viewer" on the righthand side of the new access selection 

6. Select "Editor" 

7. Click "Copy link" directly beneath the access section

8. Paste the link into an email with the email address provided in the contract

9. Send the email with any other pertinent information
