Welcome to all of our new residents and hello to our returning residents.

While we have all had some challenging times it seems we are heading in the right direction to return to some sense of normalcy. Along with that comes the time to host our AGM. It will be held at the hall on May 29, 2022.

Dues are now due for the 2022 year. This years dues will be $140 per property and are due by April 30, 2022.

We can't stress enough at how much your dues are appreciated in keeping the hall and parkland's operating. Please take the time to pay your dues using one of our payment options listed.

1. Pay by e-transfer using joylandreceipts@gmail.com (please be sure to include property owner's name, address and email address so that a receipt may be returned upon payment).

2. Hand deliver a cheque to a member of the executive.

3. Mailing a cheque to Joyland Beach Association – 4303 McRae Park Road RAMARA ON L3V 0S2 (please include name of property owner of record and green number of property, in the re-line of the cheque)

Once payment is received parking permits will be available (2 per household) to eliminate or limit the influx of traffic to the private beach.

WHY PAID DUES HELP US ALL

• Liability Insurance for property owners from incidents which might occur on any Joyland Beach Association.

• Discounted paid member rental fee of only $75.00 for the use of the hall. Saving of $175 for a weekend rental.

• Paid members are entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting.

• Access to the private Park, boat launch and dock.
